Daytona Beach Resort – Condo 1013
We have a recently remodeled condo 1013 – partially thanks to Hurricane Matthew – partially thanks to my friend Robin – who was assisting with picking out tile colors and caused a remodel to launch….
We had a little bit of water in the unit – couple that with 3 days of no power and you have a ruined mess of carpet.
Factor in a few months of the building being closed to make repairs and it seemed like the perfect time of change a few things out !!
New tile was the start of our project – to give the room an updated look.
Then we needed new paint……..and I found the color “grayiege”……if you cant decide whether its gray or beige – its the perfect color…..
New drapes – these kinda just blend……..
The new paint freshens the look of the room up a bit….
All I can see is the ocean now – no color distractions….
Same kitchen – no changes here….
We are completely stocked here for you.
New look – new tile in the bathroom…. this tile reminds me of rooms with crystal light fixtures – I just couldnt figure out how to fit 1 in…..
Same wonderful view that goes on forever….
Same large wonderful balcony….. I adore the privacy on this balcony !!
So many changes !! The 1st of many – but we will wait for the next report…..
